KINTSUGI
An 8-Week Embodied Container for Women
Kintsugi is an intensive, guided container for women who are ready to reclaim themselves, not by fixing what’s broken, but by transforming what has shaped them.
This is a powerful commitment to yourself.
A conscious decision to move forward lighter, clearer, and more embodied.
Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi where broken pottery is repaired with gold. This container honours your lived experience and supports you in transforming pain, trauma, and self-abandonment into strength, wisdom, and wholeness.
We don’t erase the cracks.
We turn them into gold.
Who This Container Is For
This container is for women who:
- Feel disconnected from their body or inner sense of self
- Are carrying sexual trauma, body shame, or a low self-image
- Notice old patterns, habits, or mindsets that feel depleting
- Are tired of coping and ready for real transformation
- Want real depth, honesty, and embodied change?
This work is for women who are ready to take responsibility for their healing, with the right support held around them.
What We Work Through Together
Over eight weeks, we gently and powerfully explore:
- Reclaiming connection and trust with your body
- Releasing sexual trauma and stagnant emotional energy
- Addressing low self-image and unhelpful internal narratives
- Identifying what is no longer serving you (old or new)
- Transforming limiting habits and mindsets into conscious choice
- Forging a deeper, kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself
This is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about retrieving who you already are.

Where This Work Was Birthed
Kintsugi was born from Sarah’s own life experience and deep healing path.
After surviving sexual, violent, and deeply traumatic experiences, Sarah reclaimed her relationship with herself not by erasing what happened, but by transforming it.
This work grew from Pieces of Gold, Sarah’s true life story featured in the No.1 Start Over true life stories book series.
Kintsugi now carries that same philosophy forward supporting other women to reclaim what was once lost or taken, and to forge a renewed inner relationship with their own gold.
Why This Team
Sara Stevens and Amanda P were chosen intentionally.
Sarah has worked with both women personally and experienced real breakthrough results through their work.
Together, this container is held by women who:
- share the same values
- work with integrity and depth
- and are committed to helping women rise safely, steadily, and sustainably
This is a collaborative vision, grounded in lived experience rather than theory.
In Closing
Kintsugi is an investment in your body, your nervous system, your future, and your capacity to live fully.
