Who is Sarahzebz? I am a writer, practitioner, and guide devoted to the exploration of healing, truth, and transformation.
My work is rooted in lived experience, through challenges, deep healings, growth, and the continual return to self. It is this journey that shaped both my practices and my voice.
Through my writing, including Pieces of Gold, I explore the depth of the human experience the fractures, the resilience, and the quiet strength that emerges when we begin to rebuild from within.
Alongside this, my podcast and conversations are centred around real stories, honest reflections on life, leadership, pressure, and what it truly takes to rise.
This is not about perfection.
It is about truth, awareness, and renewal.
