THE ROAD OF TRANSFORMATION

Transformation looks beautiful on Instagram…
but in real life?
It’s messy. Emotional. Uncomfortable. Yet absolutely worth it.

The last few years — and especially the last few months — have shown me that growth isn’t a straight line. It comes in waves. It pulls up old fears, old behaviours, old wounds you thought you’d already buried. It stretches you, tests you, softens you, and asks you,

“Do you really want the life you say you want?”
And the answer for me is yes.
A thousand times yes.

I’ve had to rebuild myself more than once.
From childhood trauma.
From grief.
From heartbreak.
From being a young mum with nothing but a mattress on the floor.
From losing my mother and later my father.
From anxiety, self-doubt, shame, guilt, fear…
all the invisible wounds we carry but rarely talk about.

Transformation isn’t about becoming a different person — it’s about remembering who you really are underneath everything that hurt you.

And that journey starts with the smallest, simplest daily choices.

🌱 Where I Am Now

I am building a life of purpose.
I am working at a lovely clinic, coaching, writing, and hosting a podcast.
I am healing old trauma while navigating new levels of growth.
I am learning new disciplines.
I am learning new levels of softness.
I am learning powerful expressions of love — within myself and within my relationships.
I am learning how to be both strong and vulnerable, both fierce and gentle.

If you feel stuck… lost… tired… heavy… overwhelmed… you can begin again today.

You don’t need perfection.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need one breath, one choice, one moment of courage.

Transformation is not a switch.
It’s a path — one I’ve walked, one I’m still walking, and one I am honoured to guide others along.

If you’re ready to begin your own journey…
start with simple practices.
And when you’re ready to go deeper — I’m here.

With love,
Sarah x
